Lead Targeted Marketing Manager
For the development of the TSUM Outlet and TSUM Collect projects, we invite an experienced Lead Targeted Marketing Manager who will build a communication strategy with users within the sales funnel, CJM, as well as promo-communications to form and maintain interest in the product.
WHAT TASKS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Leading the project for the development of direct marketing in the TSUM Collect and TSUM Outlet projects;
- Development and launch of promotional campaigns in channels: App Push, Email, In-app, SMS, messengers;
- Setting up trigger and service communications;
- Refining integration with the CDP platform Mindbox;
- Segmentation of the client base based on various parameters (RFM, LTV, lifecycle) and personalization of communications;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of launched campaigns, identifying growth areas, conducting A/B tests, preparing reports;
- Assigning tasks to designers, copywriters, merchandisers for material preparation, coordinating the campaign creation process;
- Interaction with product teams, initiating improvements to develop the channel.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 3 years of experience as a CRM marketer, targeted marketing manager;
- Experience with CDP platforms (Mindbox, Exponea, Emarsys): technical integration, working with templating engines, segmentation;
- Proactive approach, independence in decision-making, supported by data;
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, understanding of adaptive and cross-browser email layout;
- Strong analytical skills. Experience with web and mobile analytics systems.
