About the team:
The team is small and focused: brand, app, digital. You will work closely with the mobile app owner on the product side — joint hypotheses, prioritization, tests. The company is actively building the function: you can influence processes here.
What you will be doing:
- Own retention metrics: D7/D30 RR, DAU/MAU, scan frequency — set goals, track, react.
- Develop and launch retention mechanics: onboarding, trigger pushes, user lifecycle, reactivation of dormant users (6.7 million in the database).
- Develop and implement an external app promotion plan: growth in installations, channels for attracting new users, joint activations with partners, presence at touchpoints with the audience.
- Formulate retention hypotheses together with the product team and bring them to testing.
- Manage in-app communication and promotional mechanics within the app.
- Participate in personalization development: profiles, allergens, Kcal/Protein/Fat/Carbs, review notifications.
- Build regular reporting on the retention funnel.
From a successful candidate, we expect:
- Experience as a brand manager or product marketer for a mobile app for 3+ years.
- Worked with an app with an audience of 1 million MAU — Knows how to move D7/D30 RR: not theory, but specific cases with results.
- Experience with push mechanics, CRM communication, trigger scenarios.
- Ability to work at the intersection of marketing and product: formulate hypotheses, set technical specifications, analyze A/B tests.
Will be a plus:
— Experience in retail-tech, fintech, marketplaces, super apps.
— Experience with gamification and loyalty programs within the app.
— Understanding of dormant base reactivation mechanics.
