START online cinema is looking for a Head of Product Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing product marketing and managing a team in the subscription growth area.
- Forming and developing tariffs, offers, and promo mechanics to increase conversion and user value.
- Building a system of regular A/B tests and product/marketing experiments.
- Optimizing the entire funnel: acquisition, activation, upsell, renewal.
- Managing the service's internal promo tools (in-app placements, onboarding, banners, etc.).
- Developing CRM communications (email, push, in-app) considering lifecycle and segmentation.
- Working with CDP and user data to enhance personalization.
- Analyzing metrics and initiatives to grow LTV, retention, ARPU, and reduce churn.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product or marketing management.
- Mandatory experience with a subscription model: tariffs, offers, subscription funnel.
- Understanding of subscription service economics (LTV, churn, retention, ARPU, trial-to-paid).
- Practical experience with A/B testing and hypothesis management.
- Experience with acquisition/inbound channels and internal promo tools.
- Experience with CRM channels and segmentation (CDP or similar).
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in streaming, media, or content services.
- Experience with trial/freemium models, upsell, and renewal mechanics.
- Understanding of SEO as a product growth channel.
