Team: Currently, the team consists of 5 product marketers who develop relevant business verticals and horizontals, namely: Mortgages, New Developments, My Real Estate, Secondary Real Estate, Rent.
Responsibilities will include:
- development and implementation of marketing strategies linked to business product lines;
- digitalization and validation of marketing launch effects;
- goal setting and high-level planning of key advertising campaigns and promotions;
- successful product implementation of marketing initiatives related to product development;
- team management (development, operational work).
We expect from a successful candidate:
- at least 4 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position (team lead, head of a department);
- successful experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for B2C products;
- experience in leading federal advertising campaign launches, digitizing results with business impact;
- proven performance (case studies clearly outlining the area of responsibility, goals, actions taken, and the final result obtained);
- experience in building communication and processes with product and other related teams;
- analytical thinking and experience working with metrics.
Will be a plus:
- understanding of the principles of classifieds/marketplace operation;
- understanding of the real estate market.
