Product Marketing Lead (B2B)
We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead for the Product Marketing Center (B2B) team, who can build strategy, lead GTM projects, support sales, and work in a cross-functional environment. If you can think fast, structure tasks, and lead a team to measurable results, we look forward to receiving your resume.
What you will do
- Develop product positioning and messaging for B2B audiences (enterprise, SMB), manage product lines, and conduct customer development;
- Develop and launch GTM strategies for new products, coordinate them with product managers, sales, and marketing, evaluate unit economics, and manage the funnel from lead to deal;
- Create and distribute sales enablement and expert content (presentations, case studies, white papers, blog, email newsletters) and prepare presentations for industry conferences;
- Train the sales team on the product, develop battle cards, scripts, and FAQs, support proposal preparation, and establish a feedback loop with the product team;
- Monitor key metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC, CPL, ROI, churn), analyze the funnel and win/loss, generate reports and dashboards;
- Participate in building and developing a team of product marketers, setting goals, mentoring, and performance reviews, distributing areas of responsibility, and interacting with cross-functional teams (product, sales, business, design, analytics, research).
What we expect from the candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, understanding of the B2B product lifecycle and enterprise sales cycle (including ABM);
- Ability to develop and implement B2B product strategies, translating technical features into business value;
- Proficient in CRM, BI tools, and analytics;
- Experience with unit economics, budgeting, and revenue forecasting;
- Experience creating a full spectrum of B2B content (landing pages, sales kits, white papers) and launching T1/T2 level media/performance campaigns;
- Strategic thinking: product vision in the market context and focus on metrics, not on "pretty" presentations;
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with product managers, sales, top management, and related departments;
- Leadership and team management experience (2-3 people), ability to delegate, control, and develop employees;
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in conditions of uncertainty and when launching new products.
What we offer:
- Salary + annual bonus;
- Voluntary medical insurance from the first month of employment, including dental care. We also cover 50% of the VMI policy cost for relatives;
- Accident insurance from the 1st month of employment. Material assistance in difficult life situations;
- On-site general practitioners and massage. Psychologist consultations and employee support program;
- Vacation of 28 calendar days + 3 days for non-standard working hours;
- Reimbursement of expenses chosen by the employee, for example, for sports, mortgage, or food. Special offers from partners and discounts from MTS ecosystem products;
- Company-paid mobile communication and preferential tariffs for loved ones;
- Subscription to the online cinema KION, MTS Music service, MTS Stories book service, unlimited messengers and social networks;
- Own corporate university, online library, and paid external training for career development.
