About the Team

The Marketing Team at Avito Podrabotki promotes a new temporary employment service created by Avito in partnership with OOO Avito Gig Resheniya.

The service provides opportunities for finding temporary employment without interviews, with online shift booking and receiving payment via the service within 24 hours.

We create creative campaigns, analyze the labor market, and test new ways to attract users.

You will be responsible for:

• leading the formation of the marketing strategy for large segment clients;
• conducting research, identifying key drivers and barriers to service usage, forming the service's unique selling proposition (USP);
• implementing marketing activities together with cross-functional teams from marketing, product, sales, and the business development team;
• defining metrics to assess the impact of marketing activities on the overall business result;
• developing presales tools, product onboarding tools, and materials;
• designing and launching webinars and client events in collaboration with the events teams;
• managing the B2B direction budget.

We expect you to have:

• at least three years of experience in product marketing for a B2B service;
• experience with building funnels, performance marketing, CRM, events, and marketing communications;
• the ability to effectively apply promotion channels for large segment clients.
