Senior Product B2B Marketing Manager for "Transportation Services" and "Repair and Construction" Categories
About the Team:
Avito Services is a platform for service providers and customers with a large number of user scenarios that are constantly evolving with the market. The Product Marketing team is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, including the entire marketing funnel: from brand awareness to revenue generation. Within the team, there is a division into B2B and B2C, as well as categories – to find suitable tools and approaches for each target audience.
The main goal of the B2B direction is to attract service providers to the platform, and in B2C we work on attracting service customers. We interact with product, business, and marketing teams, and also act as a link between them. The team is responsible for the final result: what messages we convey to the audience, how we attract service providers and customers, and how we measure effectiveness.
Your tasks will include:
- Leading the "Repair and Construction" and "Transportation Services" categories from a product marketing perspective;
- Developing a marketing strategy for the macro-category and products, including defining positioning and promotion plan;
- Segmenting and researching the target audience of service providers;
- Analyzing the market, target audience, trends, and competitors;
- Developing and testing product marketing hypotheses;
- Managing the marketing budget, handling reporting and analytics;
- Interacting with product and business teams, participating in cross-functional and cross-category marketing activities.
We expect you to have:
- At least two years of experience leading a category in a large company as a Product Marketing Manager, or at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Product Marketing Manager;
- At least three years of expertise in B2B marketing;
- Developed and implemented marketing strategies;
- Experience with various channels, including performance marketing, CRM, SMM, content marketing, and events;
- Experience managing large marketing campaigns and programs;
- Focus on commercial results and user value;
- Embrace a product approach and be accustomed to working with hypotheses;
- Ability to build communication with business stakeholders.
