Responsibilities

• Develop promotion strategies for specific audiences using various marketing tools to achieve specific digitized goals.
• Build projects from scratch, find ways to achieve results — it is important to be able to work professionally with both standard and non-standard marketing tools.
• Systematize work and evaluate results. It is very important for us that tasks and projects undergo a digital evaluation phase.
• Work with large teams — inspire, explain, set tasks, achieve results together. Employees from the marketing department teams, marketers from cities, and employees from other departments will participate in the projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a marketer or head of a marketing unit or head of a marketing department.
• Extensive marketing experience in promotion using various marketing tools.
• Experience managing your own teams or project teams of 5+ people.
