Responsibilities

• Implement federal marketing activities within the city.
• Develop and conduct local marketing campaigns, as well as participate in external events.
• Develop marketing plans (media planning and budgeting).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and advertising activities.
• Maintain documentation and accounting records.
• Cross-functional interaction with company departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing.
• Deep knowledge of the Moscow advertising market and audience behavior (urban insights, channel specifics and placements, local peculiarities).
• Ability to "digitize" results: set KPIs, measure effectiveness, justify decisions through data.
• Experience in conducting negotiations and partner communications.
• Practical experience with documents/closing/approvals (or readiness to quickly dive into it).
