Due to team expansion, we are opening a vacancy for a Lead Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy. Combination of online and offline activities to meet lead generation plan and achieve KPIs;
- Preparation of marketing and PR content (press releases, articles, interviews, product descriptions, event announcements, videos);
- Lead generation: working with the product website, contextual advertising, remarketing/retargeting, email marketing, SEO;
- Lead generation using the inside-sales team (telemarketing);
- Web analytics GA and Yandex.Metrica: knowledge of performance metrics, ability to interpret data and make decisions based on it;
- Work with presentations and other sales-kit formats;
- Event organization (concept development, contractor management, audience gathering, effectiveness assessment);
- Interaction with partners and conducting co-marketing activities.
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing (IT market will be an advantage);
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of classical marketing, market and competitive analysis, segmentation, positioning, and product "packaging";
- Experience in developing websites and landing pages from scratch (project management, working with contractors, development), understanding the basics of design and usability;
- Broad professional knowledge: participation in industry communities, tracking new tools and ideas, striving for development and learning;
- Copywriting, good style, and fluent speech;
- Independence and proactivity;
- Desire and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
