Marketing Specialist for 1C:Enterprise Cloud Projects Distribution Department
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for 1C cloud products (B2B and B2C), considering market trends and target audience needs;
- Formulate clear positioning for each product and create unique selling propositions (USPs);
- Manage the marketing budget (planning, control, optimization) and ensure a positive ROMI;
- Monitor competitors, analyze the market and customer insights for timely strategy adjustments;
Team and Process Management:
- Coordinate and develop the team: Performance Marketing Specialist, Content Manager;
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, provide mentorship, and create an environment for professional growth;
- Organize cross-functional interaction with sales, product, and technical teams;
Partner Channel and External Communications:
- Identify and implement strategic partnerships (integrators, technology companies, industry associations) to expand reach;
- Manage communications with the network of 1C selling franchisee partners (digests, webinars, joint promotions);
- Provide partners with high-quality advertising and training materials;
Promotion and Brand:
- Manage digital campaigns (contextual, targeted advertising, SEO) in conjunction with the Performance Marketing Specialist;
- Ensure consistent brand style and Tone of Voice across all communications (email, website, social media, PR);
- Organize participation in industry events and conferences;
- Implement a post-sale marketing system (onboarding, training, loyalty programs) to increase LTV;
Innovation and Experiments:
- Implement A/B testing and a data-driven approach in all marketing activities;
- Continuously search for new channels and mechanics to attract quality traffic and leads;
What we expect from you:
Experience:
- 3+ years in a managerial marketing position (preferably in B2B segment, IT / SaaS / cloud solutions);
- Successful experience managing a budget and achieving planned ROMI;
- Experience building and developing marketing teams (from 3 people);
Skills:
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnels, and working with partner channels;
- Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture and break it down into tactical steps;
- Strong analytical skills: working with web analytics, CRM, report building;
- Excellent communication skills — ability to negotiate, inspire, and present;
- Knowledge of modern digital tools (Yandex.Direct, SEO, email platforms, analytics);
- Budgeting and financial modeling skills;
