- Optimize conversions at key funnel stages
- Collaborate with product, BDM, and customer service teams.
3. Content:
- Assign tasks and coordinate 2 content marketers

Requirements:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager in B2B SaaS or services
- You have a deep understanding of B2B funnel metrics: MQL, SQL, CPL, conversions. You know how to work with CRM and analytics systems.
- You have practical experience in independently setting up and managing advertising campaigns. You know how to work with creatives and audiences.
- You have experience organizing and conducting webinars (from idea generation and speaker invitations to promotion and post-lead processing in conjunction with the BDM team).
- You can turn ideas and data into repeatable mechanics.
- You understand the difference between disjointed activities and systematic work.
- You have experience launching campaigns for specific ICPs and segments.
- You can optimize marketing funnels and work with a data-driven approach.
- You can manage contractors and budgets.
- It will be a plus if you have an understanding of product marketing and go-to-market processes.

- You can work with uncertainty and limited resources.
- You think structurally and know how to prioritize.
Conditions:
- Remote work format from anywhere in the world.
- Employment under the Labor Code in an accredited IT company.
- Regular team meetings: co-working spaces in different cities, summer gatherings, hikes — covered by the company.
- Annual training grant for professional development.
- Transparency and honesty: processes and team interaction are open.
- Focus on results, not formal processes: working hours can be structured according to personal comfort.
- Freedom in development: no rigid frameworks for team and product growth, continuous development of professional and personal skills through work with large clients and large-scale projects.
