✨YOUR ROLE INCLUDE: Work with CEO and Sales to develop new marketing campaigns, execute on agency B2B marketing strategy (organic, partnerships, events, limited paid placements).

✨ABOUT US: FocusReactive is a modern consultancy company with deep specialization in Jamstack, Headless CMS, Headless eCommerce development. Our agency partners with a number of vendors such as Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, and we help our clients building modern and performant marketing platforms based on headless CMS and ecommerce storefronts. It is not a traditional outsourcing company, therefore we expect each engineer to integrate well into clients product delivery and design process, driving key decision-making.

✨ YOUR TASKS:

• Develop B2B marketing strategy and brand positioning.
• Launch digital campaigns.
• Coordinate SEO and create expert content (case studies, blogs, webinars).
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize funnels.
• Support sales and participate in industry events.
• Build and grow a small marketing team over time.

✨YOU ARE AN IDEAL FIT IF:

• 3-4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT outsourcing or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation.
• Data-driven, skilled with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Leadership skills with experience managing a team or external vendors.
