ABOUT US: 187BJJ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club is a modern, stylish, and technologically advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) club. We are currently looking for a strong, ambitious marketer to join our in-house team, who will build a contractor team around the product, fill the club with clients, and together with us, make this project the most popular in the city.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Building a lead generation system: ensuring a stable and large-scale flow of applications (leads). • Managing a team of contractors: hiring, coordinating, setting technical specifications, and controlling results (targeting specialists, contextual advertising specialists, SEO specialists, copywriters). • Content marketing and SMM: creating vibrant, engaging, and dynamic content (Reels/Shorts/Clips). • Local marketing: maximum reach of residential areas, business centers, and educational institutions within the club's accessibility radius. • Working with the sales funnel: integrating advertising with the CRM system, writing scripts. • Analytics: daily monitoring of CPL (Cost Per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) metrics.

REQUIREMENTS: • At least 3 years of experience in marketing with high sales volumes (fitness clubs, large dance schools, chain stretching studios, medical centers). • Experience managing contractors and independently allocating budgets. • Understanding of how the mass market works, ability to create viral content and catchy offers. • Desire to work in-house full-time with regular presence at the club (for content generation and process control). • High work speed and strict focus on commercial results (revenue).

CONDITIONS: • Financial conditions: guaranteed fixed salary from 130,000 rubles + transparent, fair bonuses for KPI. Upon meeting club enrollment targets, your income will range from 300,000 to 650,000 rubles (no bonus cap, we are willing to pay up to 500,000 rubles in bonuses for outstanding results). • A ready-made, high-quality product that is pleasant to promote. • Complete freedom in choosing contractors and promotion tools. • Free BJJ training with the best professors for you.
