We are RecFaces: an international IT company creating products for businesses based on facial recognition technology. Our products (ID-Guard, ID-Gate, ID-Welcome, etc.) automate tasks in security, access control, HR, and customer experience.

We have over 200 active product installations worldwide. We are already operating in the markets of Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the CIS.

🚀 Your responsibilities will include: ✔️ building, launching, and supporting a lead generation pipeline and hypothesis testing in global markets; ✔️ being responsible for the growth of all metrics in the process of attracting target B2B leads into the funnel; ✔️ strategically developing marketing and seeking non-standard solutions; ✔️ launching advertising and traffic yourself, or with a targeting specialist; ✔️ working with the website and product presentations; ✔️ organizing webinars for target verticals in all regions; ✔️ automating marketing in CRM, digitizing channels, and demonstrating their effectiveness;

🧠 You are an ideal fit for us if: ✔️ you have 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing of complex products in international markets; ✔️ you are fluent in English (we work in English with the team and partners); ✔️ you know how to not only build a strategy but also can and want to do tasks with your own hands; ✔️ you use AI tools in your work and can close any task; ✔️ you are familiar with various advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) ✔️ you work with both Outbound and Inbound channels; ✔️ you are proficient in HubSpot CRM, Tilda, Figma; ✔️ you can calculate lead economics and demonstrate channel effectiveness; ✔️ you have experience organizing events (exhibitions, webinars) and working with content.
