Marketing Specialist

SK-KOMNATA is a modern, rapidly growing apartment renovation service in Moscow and the first renovation brand in Russia! You can read more about us by searching for “.. from IT to construction, renovation company”.

We are currently expanding our marketing efforts and are looking for someone who can manage our social media presence and create engaging sales content. This role is office-based in Moscow City, working in direct collaboration with the founder.

In addition to working from our office, conveniently located in a beautiful area, we offer you:

• Salary of 80-110 thousand rubles (depending on experience) from the first month.
• Fair compensation: in addition to your salary, for each client you bring in, you will receive 1.5% of the contract value (with an average check of 2-3 million rubles) - this amounts to 30 thousand rubles or more.
• Opportunity to grow with the company in the promising construction industry – with no salary ceiling, especially if clients come to us from your advertising content!
• Working hours from 11:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work after successfully fulfilling responsibilities in the office.

What needs to be done?

1. Creation of a monthly content plan

2. Scriptwriting (the most common format involves addressing client pain points → how we solve them)

2.1) Research and analysis of trends for content creation

3. Filming and editing videos

4. Working with text posts

Skills:

The most crucial skill is the ability to create sales-oriented scripts/texts and to "streamline" this process. Additionally: video editing, design, and a willingness to deeply immerse yourself in the apartment renovation niche, which we will definitely help you with!
