SK-KOMNATA is a modern, rapidly growing apartment renovation service in Moscow and the first renovation brand in Russia! You can read more about us by searching for “.. from IT to construction, renovation company”.

We are currently developing our marketing and looking for someone who can manage our social media and create sales-generating content. The work is in the office in Moscow City, in direct collaboration with the founder.

In addition to working from the office, in a convenient and beautiful location, we offer you:

• Payment of 80-110 thousand rubles (depending on experience) from the first month
• Honest approach to payment: in addition to your salary, for each client brought in, you will receive 1.5% of the contract value (with an average check of 2-3 million rubles) – that's from 30 thousand rubles.
• The opportunity to grow with the company in a promising construction industry – with no upper limit on earnings, if clients come to us from your advertising content!
• Work from 11:00 to 18:00 Monday-Friday, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work upon successful performance in the office.

What needs to be done?

1. Create a content plan for the month

2. Create scripts (the most common template is identifying a client's pain point -> how we solve it)

2.1) Search for and analyze trends for content creation

3. Shoot and edit videos

4. Work with text posts

Skills:

The most important skill is the ability to create sales-generating scripts/texts and put this "on stream". In addition, video editing, design, and the readiness to deeply delve into the apartment renovation niche, which we will definitely help you with!
