Vigbo is a platform for professional photographers. We are building an ecosystem of services to help photographers solve all key tasks in their work.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Lead. Your main goal is to increase paying users and revenue.
It is important for us that the person in this position is physically located in the Russian Federation.
Your tasks
- Build a systematic marketing approach with a focus on increasing paying users
- Develop clear positioning and communicate the product's advantages
- Launch an effective growth funnel: from attraction → registration → paid subscription
- Develop performance marketing (targeted advertising, contextual advertising, PPC), content marketing, and PR
- Actively use AI tools for content generation and process optimization
- Develop and test hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, work with analytics (CAC, LTV, payback)
- Organize marketing activities at events and exhibitions
- Set up a transparent communication and reporting system
- Develop and strengthen the existing marketing team
We are looking for someone who doesn't just "manage marketing" but knows how to build it from scratch, loves experiments, and can think strategically.
We expect from you
- Experience in building marketing for B2C or SaaS projects, especially in competitive niches
- Experience in direct customer communication (customer development), ability to sell value
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on (UTM tags, analytics, ad accounts)
- Strong technical background: analytics, funnels, CRM, basic integrations
- Growth marketing skills: rapid experiments, customer development, working with retention
- Experience with AI tools (for content, analytics, automation)
- Proactivity — You don't wait for ideal conditions, but find opportunities for promotion yourself
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to receive feedback
