Yandex Eats is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead.

Yandex Eats is a food and grocery delivery service. An international team develops the product in various markets, scales proven approaches, and quickly tests new growth hypotheses.

They are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead for the international division of Yandex Eats. You will be responsible for the entire performance split, managing an in-house team, and growing the mobile application through key paid channels. The role focuses on both launching and developing new markets, as well as optimizing and scaling existing ones.

What tasks await you:

Performance strategy and market growth management:

• Formulate performance strategy across markets: goals, media split, budgeting, hypothesis prioritization
• Develop and scale current acquisition channels: Google, TikTok, other foreign social networks, CPI networks — from account structure to optimization approaches
• Be responsible for launching new markets: performance go-to-market planning, tracking setup, campaign launch, managing the achievement of target metrics, and further scaling

Analytics, incrementality, and experiments:

• Manage effectiveness at the unit economics level: CAC, LTV, ARPPU, and derived metrics (by channel, campaign, and market)
• Work with mobile attribution: Adjust, monitor event quality and data accuracy for decision-making
• Refine the incrementality of performance channels: plan and conduct A/B tests, interpret results, and integrate findings into strategy and media split

Team, processes, and creative loop:

• Lead an in-house team of performance specialists: goals, prioritization, hiring and development, execution quality
• Build processes for planning, reporting, and stakeholder interaction (marketing, product, analytics, creative)
• Develop the creative performance loop, including AI creatives: task setting, testing creative hypotheses, systematizing learnings, and scaling successful solutions

They expect you to have:

• Strong experience in performance/UA for mobile applications (required), managing acquisition and scaling of paid traffic
• Managed an in-house team as a team lead or head of a department, with the ability to build clear processes and take responsibility
• Experience with channels like Google, TikTok, other social networks, as well as CPI networks
• Proficiently use Adjust or AppsFlyer for attribution and performance analysis
• Understand and apply unit economics metrics and logic: LTV, ARPPU, CAC
• Ability to work with incrementality, conduct and interpret A/B tests
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher for working in an international environment and communicating across markets
