Performance Marketing Manager at Yasno
Yasno is a video consultation service, the leader of the Russian Mental Health market. They make psychotherapy convenient for clients, and helping people is not just words, but daily work.
The marketing team currently has 11 experts and is actively growing: they are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of the CPA direction.
What you'll be doing:
- Forming growth hypotheses and launching new and unconventional performance channels: retail media, offers in banking applications, partnerships, and other sources.
- Launching tests within agreed KPIs, budgets, and efficiency criteria; promptly stopping ineffective hypotheses.
- Initiating and conducting A/B tests across channels, offers, and creatives.
- Forming hypotheses and requirements for creatives, participating in their preparation together with the design team and using AI tools.
- Optimizing and scaling existing CPA channels.
- Monitoring channel unit economics: CPA, LTV, payback.
- Controlling the quality of attracted traffic.
- Analyzing launch results, forming conclusions, and recommendations for further scaling.
Required skills:
- More than 2 years of experience with CPA channels or alternative lead generation sources.
- Prioritizing economics and KPIs when scaling.
- Ability to promptly stop ineffective tests and document conclusions based on launch results.
- Working with analytics (Yandex.Metrica is mandatory): ability to formulate requirements for data and dashboards in BI.
- Confidently calculating unit economics and making decisions based on it.
- Proactively asking questions and seeking optimization points — both in launches and in operational work.
- Taking responsibility for results and the ability to structure work in conditions of uncertainty.
- Comfortably building work in cross-functional teams.
An advantage will be:
