RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, launching, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns (web/app), overseeing agency performance (focus on contextual advertising, web2app, mobile, so good expertise in these areas is required)
• Setting KPIs for the agency, monitoring their achievement
• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, fraud monitoring
• Document flow, controlling invoicing and payments to suppliers
• Coordination with internal departments and teams (analytics, creative, accounting, and other units)

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Experience in digital or performance marketing on the client side or at an agency
• Excellent knowledge of Yandex.Metrica and mobile analytics (AppsFlyer, Appmetrica), understanding of tracking and attribution models
• Expertise in key channels: Yandex.Direct, RMP, VK Ads, Telegram Ads, CPA networks, and retargeting
• Understanding of e-commerce funnel specifics and basic SEO principles
• Experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce segment will be an advantage
• Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
