Senior Digital Promotion Manager

Responsibilities:
- Plan, distribute, and control the budget for performance advertising on shop.mts.
- Coordinate the work of agencies, set tasks, approve media plans, control deadlines, evaluate effectiveness. Lead the team to understanding/correct solutions.
- Analyze campaign results, identify growth areas, improve campaign performance.
- Analyze the external online environment for trends and competitor actions.
- Connect new advertising channels and scale effective traffic sources.
- Initiate and participate in tender procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and work outcome presentations.
- Participate in preparing content for advertising campaigns (select visuals, provide briefs to designers, write copy).
You are a good fit if:
- You know the e-com market and effective digital advertising placement formats.
- You understand digital advertising trends, can analyze the external online environment, and identify best practices.
- You have experience managing digital projects with a budget of 10 million rubles or more per month.
- You have experience with contextual and targeted advertising, CPA, influence marketing, and a basic understanding of CRM.
- You are proficient in Excel at an advanced level (can build pivot tables, use VLOOKUP, etc.) and can work with large volumes of data.
- You are confident in using Yandex.Metrica, can analyze funnels, and make decisions based on data (knowledge of GA, CRM, JIRA is an advantage).
- You can analyze (CPC, CR, CPO, CPA, ROI).
Conditions:
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- 5/2 schedule from 9:00 to 18:00, Friday - shortened working day;
- Office-based work format (Office: Polyanka metro station, Tretyakovskaya metro station);
- Salary 200,000 rubles (before tax deduction) + annual bonus upon meeting plan indicators;
