You will be:

• Responsible for media planning and launching digital campaigns: developing an activation strategy to increase brand visibility and achieve business results.
• Developing and implementing a Test & Learn strategy: planning and conducting A/B tests on targeting, creatives, platforms, and new consumer interaction channels. Evaluating business results and scaling successful initiatives.
• Leading the development and implementation of effective cross-functional collaboration processes: to improve speed, transparency, and consistency of actions.
• Managing relationships with digital agencies: ensuring high quality of execution, strategic focus, and continuous improvement based on data analysis and insights.
• Participating in the development and implementation of SEO (GEO) and Paid Search strategies: ensuring effectiveness and alignment with the overall digital strategy.
• Overseeing the performance of brand websites: managing content, performance, and enhancements in collaboration with internal and external partners to create a quality user experience and a strong brand image.
• Building and maintaining effective interaction with key internal stakeholders: marketing, e-commerce, legal department, corporate communications, etc.

We expect:

• Completed higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG companies or agencies with FMCG clients.
• Proven experience in implementing digital strategies and optimizing digital media.
• Deep knowledge of media channels, retail media, e-commerce activations, SEO, and paid search.
• Developed leadership qualities, cross-functional interaction, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in creating and implementing effective work processes in matrix teams.
• English language — B2 and above (spoken and written).
