We are currently looking for a strong Internet Marketer to lead the brand's online promotion, effectively manage contractors, and be responsible for increasing target traffic.
What you will do:
- Manage promotion: develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy (online and offline).
- Coordinate contractors: set tasks and control the work of contractors (designers, copywriters, programmers, targetologists/directorologists).
- Develop digital tools: oversee the improvement of the company's new website and launch high-converting landing pages.
- Work with funnels: set up email marketing and auto-sequences in chatbots, conduct A/B tests to increase conversion.
- Analyze and optimize: monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, analyze the market and competitors, achieve KPIs for cost and quantity of target leads.
- Implement rebranding: we already have a concept for a new corporate identity – you need to take it and implement it.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in internet marketing (it will be a huge plus if you have worked in design, renovation, construction, or furniture sectors).
- Understanding of how the main traffic channels work, skills in SEO and web analytics (to speak the same language with contractors).
- Ability to organize processes: clear time management, competent task specifications, deadline control.
- Independence and initiative – we are looking for a colleague who offers solutions, not waits for instructions.
- A technical or natural sciences education will be your advantage.
