Responsibilities:
- Plan, allocate, and control the budget for performance advertising of shop.mts.
- Coordinate agency work, set tasks, approve media plans, control deadlines, evaluate effectiveness. Lead the team to understanding/correct solutions.
- Conduct analytics of campaign results, identify growth areas, improve campaign performance.
- Analyze the external online environment for trends and competitor activities.
- Connect new advertising channels and scale effective traffic sources.
- Initiate and participate in tender procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and performance summaries.
- Participate in the preparation of content for advertising campaigns (select visuals, provide briefs to designers, write texts).
You are a good fit if:
- You know the e-commerce market and effective digital advertising placement formats.
- You understand digital advertising trends, can analyze the external online environment, and identify best practices.
- You have experience managing digital projects with a budget of 10 million rubles or more per month.
- You have experience with contextual advertising, targeted advertising, CPA, influence marketing, and basic understanding of CRM.
- You are proficient in Excel at an advanced level (can create pivot tables, use VLOOKUP, etc.) and can work with large volumes of data.
- You are confident working with Yandex.Metrica, can analyze funnels, and make decisions based on numbers (knowledge of GA, CRM, JIRA is an advantage).
- You can analyze (CPC, CR, CPO, CPA, Advertising ROI);
Conditions:
- Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- 5/2 schedule from 9:00 to 18:00, Friday is a shortened working day.
- Office-based work format (Office: Polyanka metro station, Tretyakovskaya metro station).
