What you will be doing
1. Advertising campaigns (full ownership):
- Independent setup, management, and optimization in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), Yandex.Direct (Search, RSYA), VK Ads, and Telegram Ads.
- Budget management (daily adjustments, channel allocation, fund transfers between campaigns).
- A/B testing: creatives, ad copy, audiences, offers, landing pages.
2. Analytics and reporting:
- Setting up goals, events, and e-commerce in GA4 and Yandex.Metrica.
- End-to-end analytics: linking expenses with CRM data (leads → sales) via DataLens / Power BI / Tableau.
- Weekly and monthly reports on key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, CAC, LTV, CTR, CR, paid traffic share.
3. Funnel optimization:
- Analysis of user behavior on the website (heatmaps, behavioral factors).
- Working with retargeting and look-alike audiences to scale to new users.
- Continuous management of negative keywords and search queries (semantics).
4. Interaction with teams:
- Assigning tasks to designers (banners, videos) and copywriters (USPs, headlines).
- Collaboration with SEO specialists to synchronize paid and organic strategies.
- Coordination of promotions and offers with product and sales teams.
5. Working with contractors and tools:
- Supervision of agencies and freelancers (if part of the tasks are outsourced).
- Use of automation tools: bid managers, feed managers, competitor parsers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Achievement of monthly lead / sales plan.
- Adherence to target CPL / CPA values.
- Growth in ROAS / ROMI compared to the previous period.
- Share of paid traffic in total revenue (not exceeding the established threshold).
- Marketing investment payback period.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Budget management of 1,500,000 ₽ per month or more.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Yandex.Direct (including all campaign types).
- Experience setting up GA4 and Yandex.Metrica (goals, events, segments, attribution).
- Understanding of unit economics: calculation of CAC, LTV, ROMI, and profitability.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query).
- Experience assigning tasks to a creative team.
Will be a strong advantage:
- Experience in your niche (e-commerce / fintech / SaaS / edtech).
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction from databases.
- Experience with advertising system APIs (report automation).
- Python skills (basic data analysis).
- Google / Yandex certifications.
