What you will do?
- Develop and implement performance advertising strategies to increase the efficiency of advertising campaigns and achieve business goals;
- define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of advertising activities;
- lead a team of performance advertising specialists, including managers, analysts, and SEO staff, interact with the client's advertising agency team and assign tasks;
- conduct regular meetings, evaluate the work of subordinates, and provide feedback to increase team productivity;
- form and implement team work policies and standards to ensure high results;
- plan, set up, and optimize Web and App advertising campaigns on various platforms (contextual, retargeting, social networks, CPA, in-app, and others);
- manage budgets and allocate resources to achieve optimal results;
- analyze and monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns using various tools and methods (including working with attribution);
- prepare reports on the department's performance results and provide recommendations for improving the advertising activities strategy;
- manage the activities of the SEO team, including strategic planning and implementation of effective content promotion methods;
- analyze keywords and the competitive environment, optimize content to increase service visibility in search engines;
- interact with other departments (content, development, etc.) to integrate SEO approaches into the overall service strategy;
- track changes in the field of performance advertising and SEO, analyze new tools, trends, and best practices;
- implement innovative solutions and approaches to increase the competitiveness of the OTT service;
- establish and maintain relationships with advertising partners, agencies, and platforms to optimize advertising campaign conditions;
- participate in negotiations and conclude contracts with key service providers;
- train and develop teams, conduct training sessions and seminars to improve employee qualifications.

- Confident command of key digital metrics: ROI, CPA, CPC, CR, LTV;
- ability to assess colleagues' workload and distribute tasks accordingly;
- proficiency in tools: Excel, Yandex.Metrika, Appsflyer, App.Metrika, Google Analytics, Yandex.Direct, VK Target, Power BI, Roistat;
- experience with digital and performance channels from 5 years and above, understanding of SEO category aspects;
- knowledge of advertising cabinets (audit, reporting downloads, settings);

- understanding of methods for calculating fraudulent traffic in in-app promotion, etc.;
- experience working independently with a project or group of projects with a budget of 20 million rubles or more per month;
