An IT company Karuna is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing.
Karuna is a community where your ideas become IT projects. Since 2015, they have been creating software, mobile applications, monitoring tools, anti-fraud products, media libraries, cool marketing, and customer service.
What you will do:
- Strategic planning of the procurement strategy: lead volumes, budgets, resource allocation among brands and GEOs;
- Formation and management of a team of team leads: recruitment, mentoring, professional development and expertise enhancement, implementation of an effective KPI system;
- Daily monitoring of key performance indicators: budgets, conversions, lead costs, ROMI;
- Continuous study of trends, hypothesis formation, testing;
- Close collaboration with creatives, content improvement, search for new approaches;
- Preparation of analytical reports for C-level.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in managing a Media Buying department for at least 2 years;
- Overall experience in traffic acquisition for at least 5 years;
- Deep expertise in traffic source operations;
- Successful experience in scaling campaigns;
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, ability to assess the impact of performance on business;
- English language proficiency from B2 level and above.
