Appbooster is one of the leading AdTech companies in mobile marketing and experts in promotion on the AppStore and Google Play. We have been on the market since 2013 and are industry leaders. Over 12+ years of operation, we have attracted users to 10,000+ applications. Your smartphone likely contains apps from our clients: Skyeng, Kupibilet, Dodo Pizza, Lamoda, and many others.
We are currently looking for a Head of User Acquisition who will take full responsibility for paid acquisition for a portfolio of B2C subscription-monetized apps and build a system for effective scaling.
The portfolio includes about 10 products in various niches. The product team is strong, and our current focus is on strengthening it with someone who knows how to integrate economics and scale subscription apps from scratch.
What will you do?
- Integrate unit economics for subscription apps from the traffic side;
- Personally launch key offers: acting as a player-coach initially, not just a manager;
- Build and strengthen the performance marketing team;
- Elevate analytics and attribution to a level that can be trusted for decision-making;
- Launch creative production – initially independently, then through a dedicated function (production resources are available);
- Achieve positive unit economics for products and scale those that show results.
What is important to us:
- Experience personally managing large budgets (from several hundred K$/month) for subscription mobile apps;
- Real 0→1 experience: integrating economics for products in their early stages, not just scaling existing successful campaigns;
- Deep understanding and experience in purchasing from various sources: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, DSPs (AppLovin, Mintegral, Moloco, etc.);
- Experience with web2app funnels: understanding when they are needed, how to build them, and how to calculate economics considering the web layer;
- Deep understanding of attribution and analytics: SKAN/AEM limitations, cohort analysis, LTV/ROAS down to the source → campaign → creative level;
- Understanding the applicability of AI tools in various UA processes and readiness to implement them;
- Experience in building analytics, including BI reports and visualizations;
- Knowledge of what drives metrics on each source and the ability to set tasks for the creative team;
- Experience building a UA function from scratch: hiring, firing, developing motivation;
- Thinking in terms of P&L and LTV, not just CPI;
- English B2+.
Will be a plus:
- Experience building in-house creative production;
- Experience working in a product studio, publisher, or agency with multiple products simultaneously.
We offer:
- Full responsibility for UA, minimal bureaucracy, focus on results;
- Freedom in building the team, processes, and choosing tools;
- Remote work format, flexible schedule, flexibility in employment and payment depending on location;
- Competitive salary with regular reviews; for a strong candidate, we can offer stock options;
- Voluntary Medical Insurance after 3 months of work for those in the Russian Federation;
- All necessary equipment and tools;
- Systematic performance review process and quick exchange of open feedback;
- Conditions for improving English: 30% compensation for language lessons at partner schools (SkyEng or Skillbox) or with your own tutor, an English speaking club led by an experienced teacher;
- Compensation for external courses and training/upskilling programs with individual conditions starting from 70%;
- Healthy and comfortable corporate culture: open and non-toxic interaction without hierarchies, transparent planning and decision-making processes, knowledge sharing through events and training, offline/online activities and passive events, tournaments and quizzes, corporate parties, and much more;
- Comprehensive onboarding and a maximally comfortable team.
