Senior User Acquisition Manager (with potential for Team Lead growth)

About the Role
We are looking for a strong UA buyer who doesn't just spend budgets but works for results and wants to grow. The acquisition is currently scaling, and we need someone who will first take on their pool of traffic, and over time — as they gain authority in the team — will be able to stand alongside the UA Head and gradually transition to the role of team lead.
This vacancy is for someone who has already been a top performer in past roles and is now ready for the next step: more responsibility, more influence on strategy, mentorship, and team development.

Responsibilities
- Traffic acquisition in Meta: managing and scaling campaigns
- Active participation in brainstorming sessions for creatives and analysis of test results
- Launching new landing pages, training new pixels
- Analytics: drawing conclusions from statistics, forming hypotheses, iterations
- Optionally and if expertise is available — connecting a second channel (TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Participation in tasks to improve onboarding and unit economics of the product
- Prospectively: growth into a team lead — conducting weekly meetings, mentorship, developing buyers
What's Important to Us (Must-Have)
- 3–5+ years of relevant UA experience
- Experience with Facebook budgets of $100–200k/month in non-gaming niches in non-Russian speaking markets (ideally TIER 1–2). Web or mobile — not critical, approaches are similar
- Confirmed top-performer track record: cases with results, not just a list of responsibilities
- Leadership background: examples where you took initiative, resolved conflicts, mentored colleagues. People management experience is a big plus
- Knowledge of several traffic channels
- Understanding of tracking and attribution
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong soft skills, discipline, and independence
- Hyper-responsibility and growth orientation
- English at B2+ level (correspondence with tool support, setting normal requirements, including for AI)
Nice to Have
- Expertise in sources other than Facebook
- Cases in your resume showing that you work for results, not just fulfill a role
- Interest in related topics: AI tools, automation, product improvements, growth hacking
