We at 5x10 are looking for an independent, product-focused UA manager. Our studio helps grow tech companies and startups across Europe and Central Asia markets. We research products, markets, and users, collaboratively identify growth points and product-market fit, and build strategies. We create positioning and brand identity, websites, and communications. We design products and mobile applications. We gather, prioritize, and test marketing hypotheses. We handle production and distribution of ad campaigns and special projects.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale paid channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Telegram, in-app, local platforms)
• Work directly with clients: present strategies, reporting, budget management
• Analyze and optimize for target metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
• A/B test creatives and landing pages

Experience & skills

• 2+ years promoting web and mobile applications
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Ready to test new acquisition channels for yourself and projects

Nice to have

• Automation skills for your workflow
• Campaign analysis experience, ability to write basic SQL queries and analytical thinking
• Experience promoting in Central Asian markets
• Direct client communication experience
