🖖 Hi! I am looking for a Senior UA Manager (Meta, Web) for an international AI product.

The product has already found its Product-Market Fit and is now actively scaling in Tier-1 markets.

We are looking for a strong performance marketer who knows how to work with large budgets and specifically with web acquisition.

🙏 What is most important here:

• Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) - the primary and mandatory channel
• Web acquisition - the key point. We are not looking for mobile UA, the majority of the experience should be with web products
• budgets from $100k per month on Meta, ideally experience scaling up to $400-500k
• deep experience with Tier-1: USA, Canada, UK, Europe
• from 4 years in performance / user acquisition
• experience in continuous testing and scaling of combinations: audiences, GEO, creatives, landing pages, funnels
• confident work with CPA, ROAS, LTV, and other performance metrics

In terms of domains, we are particularly interested in candidates from gambling / betting, crypto / fintech, dating, web entertainment / web games.

🤌 What you will be doing:

• launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns
• managing budgets and being responsible for performance
• constantly testing new hypotheses and advertising combinations
• working with the creative team: analyzing competitors, coming up with hypotheses, and setting tasks for new creatives
• searching for growth points and automating campaign management processes
