About the company and project An AI-native company creating its own B2C products with a subscription model.

We operate on a web-to-web model: a user comes from an ad to the website, goes through a quiz, sees a paywall, and pays for a subscription online. We need a specialist who doesn't just manage ad accounts, but is personally responsible for profitability and makes data-driven scaling decisions.

Who we are looking for 🔹 3+ years of experience in paid User Acquisition 🔹 At least one year of personal responsibility for ROAS and payback 🔹 Experience managing own ad budget from $20K per month, preferably from $50K 🔹 Practical experience with Meta Ads in the last 3–6 months 🔹 Experience with web-to-web funnels where the product and payment are on the web; also considering web2app 🔹 Understanding of LTV, cohort analysis, CPA, ROAS, and payback 🔹 Experience with B2C subscriptions in health or related niches in the last 2 years - mandatory 🔹 Experience creating own AI tools or system automations

What needs to be done ✅ Launch and scale ad campaigns in Meta and Google ✅ Manage budgets and make decisions on stopping or scaling campaigns based on unit economics ✅ Analyze LTV, CPA, ROAS, payback, and cohort results ✅ Collaborate with the creative team to test hypotheses and improve quiz and paywall conversion ✅ Set up tracking and reconcile ad account data with payment data ✅ Create AI tools and automations: scripts, auto-rules, dashboards, and agents
