We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for an ambitious team working on mobile applications in the beauty, health, and psychology niches. You will manage advertising campaigns, optimize user acquisition channels, and directly influence product growth.

📌 **Tasks:

• **Management of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads
• Work with large budgets (from $200K per month).
• Development of strategies for user acquisition and conversion optimization.
• Implementation of retargeting strategies and interaction with the creative team.
• Analysis of campaign effectiveness and regular adjustment of strategies to achieve KPIs.

✅ **What we expect:

• Important! Have experience with subscription apps!
• **3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, preferably in mobile applications.
• Experience managing budgets of $200k+ per month
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a startup environment and scale processes quickly.
• English level — B2 and above.
