User Acquisition Manager
Createx is a product company with a portfolio of 20+ mobile apps in the Health & Fitness, Lifestyle, and AI niches. We create our own products for an international audience and are looking for specialists who want to influence the result, grow with the team, and launch in-demand services.

We are looking for not just a specialist, but a person who wants to influence the scale, numbers, and growth of products, and shares our drive for experimentation and results.
Responsibilities
- Setting up, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns for mobile app promotion;
- Budget management to achieve product goals;
- Scaling advertising budgets within ROI KPIs;
- Launching A/B tests, testing new strategies, creative tests;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, monitoring key product metrics;
- Participating in the creation of advertising creative concepts;
- Joint development of product promotion strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with mobile iOS applications;
- Experience with a subscription monetization model;
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Health&Fitness, Lifestyle, AI, and Utility.
- Experience promoting mobile applications through Google Ads, Meta, TikTok;
- Experience launching and scaling Web2App funnels;
- Experience with creative production (understanding the principles of performance creatives, generating ideas, working with spy services, creative tests);
- Managing budgets of $100,000 USD or more per month;
- Understanding the differences in traffic acquisition from various sources;
- Experience with analytics systems (AppsFlyer/Firebase, other analytics systems) and predictive models;
- Experience with the economics of subscription products and projected ROI;
- Understanding and decision-making based on early metrics and payback metrics (IR, Trial Rate/Subscription Rate, CPA, ARPPU, ROAS, and LTV).
Will be a plus:
- Experience with the Chinese market;
- Experience with DSP traffic sources.
