We are a game development studio building our own universe in the style of Minecraft: without content limitations and with new mechanics not available in the original.

The product is entering the scaling stage: currently 100,000+ installations, a growing audience, and a niche that yields hundreds of thousands of installations per month.

We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager who will take full ownership of traffic acquisition from A to Z, turn growth into a manageable and scalable process, and grow with the company.

Your tasks:

• Scaling a mobile game on Tier-1 and Worldwide markets with positive economics (ROMI / ROAS);
• Managing media budgets of $50,000+ per month;
• Purchasing in Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB), TikTok Ads, in-app;
• Working with iOS post-ATT: SKAN 4.x, AEM, conversion models, postback setup;
• Understanding and managing unit economics at all stages of the funnel.

What's important to us:

• 2-5 years of experience;
• Proven experience in scaling mobile games on Tier-1 markets with positive economics;
• Management of media budgets from $50,000 per month — we do not consider applications without this experience;
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, in-app;
• Real understanding of iOS post-ATT: SKAN 4.x, AEM, conversion models, postbacks;
• Understanding of unit economics at all stages of the funnel;
• Experience in network purchasing, worldwide;
• Experience in creative production;
• Complete independence and initiative;
• Higher education — any, we do not consider applications without a degree;
