Senior User Acquisition Manager

We are continuing to expand our marketing team and are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to work with a portfolio of mobile puzzle games with primarily IAA monetization.

We need a specialist who will independently launch and scale paid user acquisition in Meta and TikTok: manage budgets, test creatives, and be responsible for achieving target ROAS and payback.

Key expectations: — 3+ years of experience in mobile UA in the gaming industry — confident management and scaling of campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads — understanding of IAA economics, retention, LTV, ROAS, and payback — strong analytical skills, experience with iOS, Android, and MMP — ability to independently prioritize, make campaign decisions, and build testing processes — English from B1+
