We are continuing to strengthen our marketing team and are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager for our portfolio of mobile puzzle games with predominantly IAA monetization.
We are looking for a specialist who can independently manage and scale paid user acquisition in Meta and TikTok: manage advertising budgets, test campaigns and creatives, launch new GEOs, and be responsible for achieving target ROAS and payback.
Important: โ 3+ years of experience in mobile UA in the gaming industry โ solid experience in managing and scaling campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads โ understanding of IAA economics, retention, LTV, ROAS, and payback โ strong analytics for iOS and Android, experience with MMPs โ independence in decision-making and prioritizing tests โ English from B1+
Experience with Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, puzzle/casual/hybrid-casual projects, and automation of UA reporting will be a plus.
