About the Role

What you'll be doing

• Launch and scale paid user acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin, and others)
• Manage advertising budgets of $300k+ per month with a focus on ROI and LTV
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and strategies to optimize the acquisition funnel
• Analyze key metrics (CPI, CR, LTV, ROAS) and build scaling forecasts
• Work with analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and others)
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to achieve business goals
• Test new channels and hypotheses to find growth opportunities

About You

• 5+ years of experience in UA
• Experience managing budgets of $300k+ per month
• Proven track record with mobile traffic (iOS, Android) + Web2App
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (and other social platforms), AppLovin (and similar ad networks)
• Experience working with subscription-based app models
