Senior Web UA Manager

at AI-companion web app ❤️ Format: Full-time | Remote/Cyprus

Currently spending around $200K per month, and we are actively growing. We have our own creative production and a good analytics system. We are missing a strong person for web traffic to help us grow the product exponentially. This is a hands-on role with great autonomy and direct impact on business growth.

📌 Your responsibilities: — Manage and scale campaigns in ad networks (TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars, etc.) for web2web funnels — Increase spend without losing efficiency: ROAS, CPA, cohort payback — Test creatives, angles, formats, placements, and campaign structures — Assign tasks to the creative production team and jointly find strong combinations — Analyze data by geography and segments, reallocate budget to areas with better margins — Together with the product team, look for new growth points: offers, funnels, paywalls — As we grow, build your own UA team

✅ What's important to us: — 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing — Experience with web traffic in our niche — ad networks like TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars, ClickAdu, Adsterra, and similar — Experience managing budgets of $100K+ per month, both manually and through a team — Experience with web2web subscriptions — Understanding of unit economics: LTV, cohorts, payback — Active use of AI tools in work (agents for automation, analytics) — Autonomy and results orientation

🎯 Will be a plus: — Experience in AI, entertainment, dating, or companion app niches — Experience with direct buy / flat-rate placements on websites — Experience with other channels: Meta, TikTok, Google, etc. — Experience managing a team of buyers
