Creative Producer

Hello!

I am looking for a Creative Producer for an AI-native company that creates its own B2C products with a subscription model.

Web-to-web model: a user comes from an ad to the website, goes through a quiz, sees a paywall, and pays for a subscription directly in the browser. The main focus is Utilities: VPN, privacy, and productivity. We are currently looking for someone to build a managed process for the production and testing of performance creatives. This is a role about strategy, analytics, and process management, not manual editing.

Who we are looking for 🔹 5+ years of experience in performance creative production 🔹 Experience in Utilities, Health&Fitness subscription products with web-to-web funnels - mandatory 🔹 Understanding of creative metrics: win rate, cost of finding a successful creative, and share of win-creatives 🔹 Experience in analyzing test results and working with UA metrics 🔹 Experience in direct management of contractors 🔹 Ability to create briefs that creators can work with without constant revisions 🔹 Confident work with AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents 🔹 Analytical thinking and result orientation

What needs to be done ✅ Set weekly goals for creative production and testing ✅ Write briefs for AI creators: ideas, hooks, scenarios, formats, and references ✅ Manage the task queue, deadlines, and acceptance of materials ✅ Analyze results together with the UA team: identify win-creatives and the cost of finding them ✅ Collect trends and analyze competitors, turning observations into hypotheses ✅ Use AI for analytics, brief preparation, and automation of routine processes
