Description
Prequel is looking for a Creative Producer to lead the creative vision for performance marketing and help scale its products through high-performing advertising creatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own creative projects end-to-end, from hypotheses and briefs to launch, analysis and iteration
- Develop creative direction for different audience segments, including messaging, angles and visual language
- Translate product value into clear and compelling creative narratives
- Brief and guide designers, providing both strategic and visual direction
- Collaborate with User Acquisition teams to analyze creative performance and turn data into new hypotheses
- Generate and develop new creative concepts, formats and visual approaches
- Monitor competitors, market developments and creative trends
- Improve production workflows using AI tools and automation
- Coordinate collaboration between creative, UA and other cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in creative or marketing production, preferably in mobile apps or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of performance creatives and how successful concepts can be scaled
- Ability to work with metrics and use data to make creative and strategic decisions
- Strong visual taste and understanding of what makes advertising creatives stand out
- Experience working with audience segments, messaging and different creative angles
- Ability to connect product value, audience motivation and creative execution
- Genuine interest in AI tools and automation for creative production
- Strong communication skills, ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
- English and Russian
