Creative Producer (Performance Ads)

Requirements: 4–6+ years of experience in performance creatives; a case study with numbers: creatives at a specific spend, how win rate grew, where they were top performers; paid social: Meta and Google Ads; scaling winners into variations; active use of AI tools and constant testing of new ones; working closely with UA/buyers: interpreting results and turning numbers into new ideas. Languages: Russian fluent, English B1+.
