We are looking for a Creative Producer who will build a system for producing performance creatives, generating dozens of hypotheses per week.

What you will do: • Build a system for producing performance creatives for Web2Web Subscription products • Generate and prioritize hypotheses based on analytics and campaign results • Manage the full cycle of creatives — from idea to launch in ad accounts • Establish work processes for designers and UGC creators • Analyze effectiveness through Hook Rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS • Actively use AI at all stages of the creative process ** What is important:** • Experience as a Creative Producer/Strategist in B2C digital (Web2Web Subscription, Consumer Apps, AI, Wellness, EdTech) - mandatory • Practical experience with performance creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google • Understanding of the specifics of working in conjunction with Media Buying
