The opportunity
We already have a working creative flow: our creative designer produces creatives with the help of AI tools, and new ones go into paid channels every week. Now we want to give it an owner — someone who stays hands-on in making creatives, keeps the stream of winners steady, and builds a creative team around it as we grow.
This is a growth position. You start by delivering results, then shape how the creative function works — and, when it pays off, grow it.
What you'll do
- Generate ideas and produce a steady weekly flow of creatives for paid channels
- Build winning concepts, then scale them into variations
- Read results with the buyers and turn the numbers into the next round of ideas
- Own your processes: run brainstorms, test new AI tools, kick off hiring when the team needs it
- Gradually improve and expand the creative department — structure, roles, rituals
What we're looking for
- A case with numbers: creatives you made at a given spend, how you moved win rate, where you were a top performer
- Real creativity and range — you get inspired by much more than competitors' ads
- You actively use AI tools in your workflow and keep testing new ones
- You know how creatives differ across traffic sources like Facebook and Google
- Basic analytics skills — enough to read results and draw conclusions
- Initiative: you start processes and own them without being asked
- Drive and energy — you care about the work and put real effort into it
- Management instincts: either you've led people or processes before, or you have a strong interest and have seen a well-built creative department up close
- English good enough to chat with support and write copy that doesn't make people cringe
Nice to have: experience building a team or department; handling tricky situations, such as a buyer who didn't test creatives on time.
Vertical experience isn't critical. If your background is narrow (for example, years of only playable ads), show us how flexible you are.
Probably not for you if
- You find inspiration mostly in competitors' ads
- You don't use AI tools, or don't plan to
- You wait for tasks instead of starting them
- You prefer heavy processes and lots of meetings
What we offer
- A fast-growing international startup with real traction
- A position with room to grow: build and expand the creative department
- A strong case for your CV: growth in media buying and creative spend
- Freedom of action, no bureaucracy, a sensible number of calls
- Learning: we're happy to bring in new tools
- Market-rate pay, KPIs and bonuses
