Newmindstart is an international EdTech company in the health and wellness sector. We operate in the US / UK / EU markets, creating educational products focused on physical health, movement, and mental well-being.

Currently, our advertising budget exceeds $1 million per month, and the team's next major goal is to scale up to $10 million/month. Therefore, we are looking for a strong UA specialist who can handle large budgets and wants to grow with us.

What you'll do: — Manage and scale campaigns in Meta Ads in foreign markets; — Test creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnels; — Identify new growth points and quickly scale successful strategies; — Work with CAC, ROAS, LTV, ROMI and make data-driven decisions; — Collaborate closely with creative producers and other buyers; — Test new tools, approaches, and AI solutions in performance marketing.

Who we're looking for: — Experience as a Media Buyer / UA Specialist in Meta Ads with budgets from $50K/month; — Experience working with foreign, preferably English-speaking, audiences; — Strong technical and analytical thinking; — Independence, speed, and a love for testing hypotheses; — English from B1–B2.
