Marketing Lead

We are Naran, an international mobility startup. We build global taxi fleets and fintech solutions for drivers in delivery and ride-hailing in Africa and Latin America. We are currently scaling up and have secured investment for fleet development.

Our team is small, the core consists of ex-Yandex.Taxi employees, we are based in Dubai and Moscow + we have local teams in our operating countries.

What you will do:

1. Driver acquisition (key task): – Launch and scale performance marketing in several countries, primarily on Meta (FB/IG) – Local SMM – here it's more TikTok and Meta

2. Funnel and conversion – Optimizing the journey: lead → contract – Close collaboration with local operations teams

3. Brand and PR – Building the company's brand from scratch – Working with global PR
