An IT company Peter Partner is looking for a CMO.
PETER PARTNER is a young, product-focused IT company specializing in creating its own fintech products. The company has commercially successful products to its name. They have implemented a trading automation system integrated with major trading brokers. All Peter Partner products are localized into multiple languages and are used by over 1 million people in Asia, Africa, and South America.
They advertise on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok, and are developing Affiliate and Influence marketing channels. Now, they are seeking a strong CMO with experience in scaling mobile products in international markets, who can build a marketing strategy, manage performance marketing and budgets, make data-driven decisions, and build a great team to achieve key business metrics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy for all company products;
- Responsibility for key metrics: ROAS, cohort payback, traffic volume and quality, FTD/conversions;
- Building, hiring, and developing the marketing team: performance, influence, affiliate, creative, content;
- Cross-functional interaction with product and analytics departments;
- Managing and planning the marketing budget;
- Working with product positioning and branding.
Requirements:
- Marketing experience of 5+ years, with 2–3 years in a leadership position;
- Experience in scaling products through marketing;
- Deep practical understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads);
- Experience launching and promoting mobile products in international markets (EU, MENA, LATAM);
- Fluent in analytics and attribution: ability to read data, set requirements for tracking, and make decisions based on numbers;
- Experience in building and managing a marketing team (hiring, structure, distribution of responsibilities);
- Understanding of advertising platform limitations for financial products and practical experience working within these constraints;
- Skills in developing product positioning;
- Experience with affiliate models and partnerships;
- Experience managing a marketing budget;
- English language proficiency at B2+ level.
