Looking for a CMO (Fintech / Crypto)

Hi! We are an international fintech team building a product at the intersection of virtual cards, payments, and crypto infrastructure. Marketing is already in place (channels, budget, users), but it's not a perfect system right now. We're looking for someone who will take control of it and turn it into managed growth.

🎯 Who we are looking for: • 5+ years in marketing, 2+ years as Head / CMO • Experience in Fintech / Crypto / Payments • Strong paid traffic experience (mandatory) • Data-driven: CAC / LTV / funnel / ROI • Experience in restructuring or building marketing

🚀 What needs to be done: • Audit and stop ineffective channels • Reassemble the marketing strategy and positioning • Scale working channels (paid is a priority) • Launch new hypotheses (influencers, affiliate programs, content) • Build an analytics system and transparent reporting • Assemble and manage a team
