Marketing Lead at IT Company Lofty
IT company Lofty is looking for a Marketing Lead to head product marketing development, build processes, and help take the product to the next level.
Your role will be key in developing and implementing the marketing strategy, managing product promotion, optimizing effectiveness, and coordinating team efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on increasing traffic, leads, and revenue
- Manage digital channels: performance, SMM, content, influencer, affiliate placements, etc.
- Search for and test new channels and unconventional growth hypotheses, rapid launch and scaling
- Optimize marketing activities based on data: analyze funnels, channels, acquisition costs
- Manage budget: control expenses, reallocate to effective channels, increase ROMI
- Work with contractors and internal teams (design, content, product)
- Participate in crisis management tasks: reassemble strategy during metric downturns, find growth points
- Regularly analyze results and improve current processes
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, experience leading initiatives independently
- Practical experience: cases with measurable results (traffic growth, CAC reduction, conversion increase, reputation management, brand management, etc.)
- Channel knowledge: solid understanding of digital tools in Russia and awareness of foreign markets
- Hypothesis testing experience: ability to find unconventional solutions and validate them with data
- Analytics: experience with metrics, funnels, basic BI/analytics tools
- Financial acumen: understanding of unit economics, ability to work with budgets
- Independence: ability to take responsibility for results and see tasks through to completion
- Flexibility: experience working in changing environments and rapidly reprioritizing
